SKADNetwork profile can't reduce time window of postback for version 4.0

Hello, I am testing SkAdNetwork version 4, and it seems that the SKADNetwork profile is not reducing the postback window, however the version 3 is working as expected. Is it a known issue, and how do I need to do to reduce the postback window for version 4 testing?
