Pan gesture recognizer doesn't work properly on highlighted text in WKWebview in iOS 16.4 (Xcode 14.3)

The pan gestures doesn't work properly (not recognized) in WKWebview on the highlighted text. Gestures are recognized on webview but not on highlighted text. We are using JavaScript functions for functions like text selection, text highlight etc.. This is working fine in earlier versions. This problem is seen in recent iOS 16.4 upgrade (Xcode 14.3)
