When a user scrolls on a page, VoiceOver announces "Page [current page] out of [total pages]". Sometimes, it is noticed that when scrolling on some apps (such as Photos), VoiceOver announces that there is one extra page than there actually is. For example, it will announce "Page 3 of 3" on the last page on the screen when there are only a total of 2 pages.
