Combine legacy Renewable Subscriptions into same Group

We have had 4 subscription products available for a few years now. 2 are for 25 GB of online storage, 2 are for 10 GB of online storage, each with 1 month and 1 year options:

25 GB - 1 Year
25 GB - 1 Month
10 GB - 1 Year
10 GB - 1 Month

I am attempting to update the localized subscription display name, so the users will see the correct verbiage when they Manage their subscriptions with Apple. However my edits are always rejected becuase "Your app appears to allow users to inadvertently subscribe to multiple variations of the same thing."

I think this issue arises from the incorrect Subscription Groups that Apple put in place. Please refer to this image:

The two 25 GB products are grouped separately from the two 10 GB products. It looks like you could have a subscription for each, 25 and 10. This is not the case in the app coding, nor is it our intention. All 4 of my products should be in the same Group, then sorted into upgrade and downgrade options. This is actually what we want.

How do I re-group these 4 subscriptions together? I want to create 1 group of 'Storage' with high and low levels of service.

Can you just add two new products into the 25 GB group. Perhaps 10.0 GB so it has a different 'name'.

These are existing products with many existing users. If I add new products the existing users will still be subscribers of the old products. I cannot simply change the products out from under a user.

You can cancel the current 10 GB offering and tell those users to subscribe to the new product offering under the new group.

I understand your suggestion but that will not work in this scenario. As asked, I am looking to group the existing products.

Did you ever come up with a solution to this?
I don't think there's a way of moving a subscription between groups?
It sounds like the only thing that you could do is to "grandfather" the old subscriptions so that nobody else can pay for them, and add two new subscriptions into the other group.
Having said that, I also can't find a way of disabling an existing subscription so that it is no longer available.
Would be very interested in hearing about what you did.
