Xcode 14.3 debug attach

I'm trying to debug my app, but it doesn't work. Whenever i run the app, the debug lost it's connection. The debug bar not showing anything, and when i tried "attach to process" it always show this errors

Can anyone help me?

iOS 16.4.1 (a) Xcode 14.3 MacOS 13.3.1 (a)

If you create a new test app from the iOS > App template, are you able to debug that?
