Is it legal for me to use Facebook, Google+, and Twitter in my app as links to the app's pages (IE Greatest Trump Soundboard Facebook page). Here is a photo of what I want to do:

Note you can add inline images, but the forum humorously won't let you know we're not allowed to see them.
Best to ask the owners of any logos you intend to use, what their policies are surrounding use of their trademarked materials, based on exactly how you intend to use them.
