My app won't run and I get the message:

I've sent two separate requests to Apple for support and they just won't respond.
I have an automatic manage signing and an XCode Managed Profile.
I've cleaned the project and deleted derived data multiple times. I've rebooted the computer. Nothing works.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
