Hello, my account is pending about 3 days. I tried to contact with apple several times but there is no respond

Two days ago they mail me and i sent them necessary information. 1-2 days later Apple activated my dev account

I have the same issue too . it says the program is available immediately to use after payment. But no - Its frustrating. I guess someone will have to active it from their end.
