Problem Installing Cocoapods

I am losing my mind over this trying to prepare my react-native dev environment.

fresh install of macOS 12.6.7, installed Xcode 14.2 and it went smooth, homebrew too, node and watchman too, however, when installing pod it fails for what it seems to be a gcc issue, I looked for gcc4.2 and llvm-gcc4.2 and found nothing, below the 2 logs
