recently i submitted app for review my app contains FB automation comment reply via FB bot api so the case is like this :
i have verified FB app for my script and have all necessary permissions to use fb bot and its functions on my script ( web platform ) after that i decide to made application for this script and submitted it to review but the review team answered me like this :
Guideline 5.2.2 - Legal
We found in our review that your app contains content or features that may violate the rights of one or more third parties. Specifically, your app facilitates sales for and/or charges users for access to Facebook Messenger bots, potentially without authorization from the service.
Your app and its contents should not infringe upon the rights of another party. In the event your app infringes another party’s rights, you are responsible for any liability to Apple because of a claim.
Next Steps
There are two ways you can resolve this issue:
- Attach documentary evidence in the App Review Information section in App Store Connect demonstrating that you have all necessary rights or permissions to facilitate transactions and charge for access to third-party services in your app. In accordance with section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, you acknowledge that submitting falsified or fraudulent documentation can result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account and the removal of your apps from the App Store. Once we have reviewed your documentation and confirmed its validity, we will proceed with the review of your app.
- Alternatively, please remove any content or features in your app that violate the rights of one or more third parties.
so they asked for documentary from Facebook to accept my review i contacted the FB but they didn't answered me what i have to do now ?
