Cannot Join Apple Beta Software Program.

Now that macOS Sonoma and iOS 17's public betas are out I thought I'd sign up for them. When I browse to https://beta.apple.com and sign in on that page... I can click the "Get started >" link which should take me to https://beta.apple.com/guide but the link always returns me to https://beta.apple.com

There are no errors in Web Inspector's Console... is anyone else seeing this?

It got solved... I don't know how... but after years of it not working for me, signing up again to the public beta now works again. Yay
