I have a web instance that uses a camera to display AR content. After upgrading to IOS beta 17 (version 1, 2, 3) - The camera only shows black, even though all permissions seem accepted. Has the actual permission model changed for simple web camera access? If so, this will break a lot of web-enabled capabilities.
