App Missing in iTunes Connect

We created our first app in iTunes Connect 1 hour ago. We entered some information for the app. After 1 hour, when we were trying to create another app, we saw the first app disappeared from iTunes Connect and we can't find it any more. Then we checked Apple Developer Member Center, and we can still find the first app's Bundle ID there. But we cannot use it to create apps anymore in iTunes Connect.

This is our first time to use Apple Developer Program and iTunes Connect. So we don't know what happened to our account.

I have the same issue. Created an app in iTunes Connect yesterday, and successfully uploaded some builds for Testflight distribution. It was still there this morning. I created a second app, and it seems to have caused the first to no longer appear. The first app still seems to exist because I can upload new builds via the iTunes Connect API, but it's missing from the iTunes Connect interface.

I am having the same issue right now. Please share how to did overcome this??? I created app with App ID of com.site.app and created another one com.site.beta. Now com.site.app is disappeared from iTunes connect.

Hi, did you do something for solving it? I am having the same issue right now. It would be great for me if you could share what you do. Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue for more than 5 times. I just wait for a couple of hours and normally the app show again. But I really want to know why and how to overcome it. Does anyone have figured out how?

I haven't seen this issue for a while but I have seen it mentioned in a few places that iTunes Connect relies on cookies and other session data to function. It might be worth retrying with a clean browsing session when apps aren't visible, in case you're seeing a cached state.

Hello,

Did you ever find a resolution for this? I started the process of a new app last night and uploaded a bunch of screenshots and made sure to save it. Now, when I log into iTunes connect, I no longer see the app. I did try from a clean browser (and multiple browsers) with no luck.

Thanks,

Dave

It appears that Apple has been updating the front and back ends of iTunes Connect recently. Specifically, I noticed that two factor authenticationw as enabled brioefly for iTunes Connect.

Try logging out and selecting "Empty Caches" on the "Develop" menu in Safari and then logging in again. (If you do not see that menu item, check "Show Develop menu in menu bar" in "Preferences".

If this does not solve your problem, I would contact developer support by using "Contact Us" in iTunes Connect or calling them directly at (800) 633 2152.
