Can't Sign out of Apple ID, Due to Restrictions

I’m trying to log out of my iPhone 12 using iOS 17. Sign out is greyed out. I turned off screen time and it's still greyed out. Does anyone know how to solve this issue in IOS 17? There are lots of threads on this in prior IOS but the Screen Time Screens are different. I think I logged out but its hard to tell. I've attached my Screen Time pages and the COntenet and Privacy Restictions. I have tried turning ALL of them off and no effect Thanks for any help. I'm not a developer and tried to post in another forum and Apple told me to post here.

I 'm just trying to log out to re-sync my text messages after having to do a restore , my text messages show in my iPad but not on my iPhone.

Thanks

If your Screen Time settings show all those options, then you haven't disabled Screen Time. If it were disabled all you'd see is a button saying, "Turn On Screen Time".

Have you tried just turning off iMessage on the iPhone and then turning it back on?

Thanks for the help. I have turned off every toggle I can find including content and privacy yet I still see no way to Turn on Screen time. So. I’m not sure how. The screens are different on iOS 16 than 17. Do you have the same screens? I also turned off iMessage. Backed up the phone to iCloud . Rebooted a few times and still no lost texts and still can’t sign out due to restrictions. I’ve turned off beta updates and hoping to get back to iOS 16 and see if that will fix it.

Turn off the "Content & Privacy Restrictions" switch?

Turned it off 2 days ago and sign out still grey due to restrictions. I need to get rid of iOS 17. Having lots of other issues too.

  • You can try to turn off Screen Time passcode.

After opening Screen Time, tap on Change Screen Time Passcode. Choose Turn Off Screen Time Passcode and then enter the 4-digit passcode.

  • After turning off the passcode, you can close Settings and relaunch it. On the Apple ID profile, it will be reloaded. There is the strong possibility that the Sign out is not available due to restrictions is removed.
