I spent the last two months making a vape app the would contain some recipes, is there any way to publish it? I' ve benn rejected to times because of the 1.4.3 of the app store developer guidelines beacuse they claim that my app encourage the use of tobacco or nicotine-related products.

It won't be resolved because Apple is coming out with a new rule banning all apps that mention tobacco or nicotine products.
