I have try making purchase for Apple Developer program as one of my client needs to get their app live on the app store. i have followed each instruction given by them and still they every time sending a pop up (Contact Support). if so why cant they just solve it by themselves.
when i called them they just talk like we have made a big mistake and you shouldn't do this and that and all later after a long conversation of aprox 40 min, they said you will have to upload your documents and revert back the mail. we have done this same day and still it gets 2 days from their end to validate after, we had also added the fund which is Rs. 8700 for Apple Developer purchase and still got nothing. Client asking the update for purchase and no update from Apple Side.
if any one know how to do apple purchase please let me know.
