After unpairing a watch and restoring it came up like this, most of the built in apps aren't installed and won't install. I've tried doing a full reset several times, but it just comes back to this. Is there a way to do a full reinstall? Some other fix?
At the time I was trying to fix another issue where the watch wasn't showing up in Xcode 15 beta 6.
