How to change the color of navigation bar's button for title menu

I have not found any documentation for how to change the color or tint of the button with the little chevron looking down next to a navigation bar's title. The button that pops open the menu with the "Rename" and other actions you assign via the navigation item's titleMenuProvider.

Is it even possible to change it?

I have my navigation item's style set to .editor if it makes any difference.

There is no support for customizing that particular bit of UI.
