Why AppIntentConfiguration is covered with gray(redacted)?

I used just Widgets Template(AppIntentConfiguration)

Widget is covered with gray(redacted).

Cause

WidgetConfigurationIntent in other SwiftPackage is not loaded correctly

How to Fix

Move to Main(Widget) Target
