Some time ago I started transferring from an individual partnership to a company. After three week I've provided necessary documents I got mail with information that my transfer is refused. I got no explanation of what was wrong. My account status is pending now. I don't know the reason why the migration was refused. I can't use my old individual membership. I'd like to get answer to several questions:
- What is wrong with my documents and what should I send you to confirm the transfer?
- Can I use my previous account? If not, how about my games published there?
- Can I open a new company account with a new apple id with my documents?
I wrote to apple support 5-th time but got no answer to any of that. Can you take me contact phone number I could receive answer to my questions?
