Hi , i have a question to ask: When i first request to get transactionInfo to valid receipt. use getTransactionInfo endpoint. it found 4040010 error. After a while ,I send the same request ,it response correct transaction info
It happen rate about 2%
What the reason?
Could you please file a ticket in Feedback Assistant (http://feedbackassistant.apple.com) with some transaction ids you have experienced this behavior with, then post the FB number here.

After checking it appears that the requests were returning 4040010 because the requests targeted the sandbox environment with non-sandbox transaction ids.
Is there an error code that can identify whether the ID is in a sandbox environment or a production environment?
