Xcode 15RC Simulator extremely slow

I think I found a work around which is to launch the simulator first then launch Xcode then build the app. If you go the usual route your app will freeze. Also the preferences app will keep crashing at least on my system so can't sign in to test CloudKit syncing.

I've got the same issue, although I wouldn't say that running simulator in advance somewhat helps. My biggest issue is a preview window which takes 5 minutes to launch. I verified my system on an absolutely fresh Sonoma install. If you've got any clues, please share them here.
