Your app have changed to invalid binary

I have submitted an app to iTunes Connect without any issues. Immediately I can see the app in iTunes Connect for only 2 minutes saying staus of "Processing". After that it automatically deleted from iTunes Connect. I have recived an alert for my iPhone saying that "your app has changed to invalid binary". I have done all the settings in plist file and many more according to the stackoverflow posts. But none of them working. I have a small question if app is invalid binary how did you accept the app for submission and after that why sending notifications that app have invalid binary. I dont understand why Apple doing this type of childish things and all. there are multiple number of resons for the invalid binary case. Without validating how can Apple confirm that app have invalid binary. How can I know now in which case my app fails.
