Our app has been #1 in the search result for couple months (keyword = app exact name), got good ratings and was featured by app store last year. But today when I searched again, it's nowhere in the result, not even after 100th. Havent received any email from app store. What could be the problem?

what's your app name? Maybe the issue is country specific or perhaps Apple indexing servers aren't working or they changed their search logic.

We have had this same problem with one of our app for two weeks now. Our app just disappeared from App Store search.
Our app can't be found by keywords, by name or even by developer name. Our app is only accessible from direct link and from our developer page.
We have contacted Apple many times, but the issue is still not resolved.
Any news? Have you had any success with your problem?

it is 2014.10.04, I have the exact problem, my app suddenly disappeared from appstore search result, even if I use its long and unique name to search. it is not a problem of ranking, it is a problem of not showing in the search result. people can not find my app. daily download dropped from 10k to almost 0, I have reached to apple yesterday, and still waiting for their response, I am losing users and money every day, who can help me？
