WatchOS 10.1 O2 Icon missing

Using WatchOS 1.0 (21S67) the Blood Oxygen complication icon is missing from the watch (series 6) display.

Is this a known 'bug' or have I stumbled across something new?

updated to watch os 10.2 (21S5331f) and have the same issue.

i changed the complications arrangements and the Blood Oxygen icon does not show on the actual watch face regardless of where I place it.

So it would appear to be an issue with just that icon.
