Not seeing Apple developer membership renewal option in the Apple developer app neither on my mac or iPad. Can someone please help? The membership is already expired.

Don't use the app, log into your account on the web at developer.apple.com.
I have the same problem and I don't see the option in the web, Mac app or iOS app. It's just simply gone.
