I got my iphone 15 pro 2 weeks ago and everything has been working fine untilI tried to update it yesterday. The update downloaded fine, then it got stuck on the apple logo and loading bar for hours. It is still stuck indefinitely. I can't factory reset it, it just brings me to a white screen that says swipe to upgrade. When I do that it does the process all over again of loading. I left it loading and plugged in overnight and there was no change. The bar reached the end but doesn't move forward from this.
I have tried everything. Chatted with an apple employee last night who ran me through thing after thing with no success. They even had me go to icloud/com/find and hit erase iphone, but still my iphone stayed stuck on the loading loop.
After some googling I found that this is a known issue. I found the instructions to connect iphone to mac and put it in recovery mode after downloading the software to my mac. Tried that. Can't get iphone to even get into recovery mode. It keeps just showing the same things mentioned above. Please help. Going crazy.
