We are having a problem checking one of our apps on App Store Connect / Sales Page.
On App Store Connect / Sales Page; when I try to filter that specific app as “Parent App” ,our app is not listed as a result, as there is no such app.
But when I scroll down and check below, I see “purchases” from that app listed separately as a list.
"Parent App" filtering does not show any results, but the products belonging to that application appear in the list below. We only experience this issue for one specific app.
Apple support has not been able to solve the problem yet, so I wanted to ask here.
