Developer Program Documentation Access & Xcode

I am new to Apple 🍎 Development 👨‍💻 and Apple 🍎 Developer 👨‍💻 Forums.

I have not joined the Apple 🍎 Developer 👨‍💻 Program yet.

Is there any documentation 📖 that is only available to paid 💰 Apple 🍎 Developer 👨‍💻 Program members or is all of it freely available to those not (or not yet) in the paid 🚫💰 program?

Is Xcode freely downloadable or does it require it be purchased like it used to be for non-program members?

Welcome.

All those emojis are useless and a real disturbance and not even fun. We are not so dumb not to be able to understand words, no need for image.

Yes Xcode is freely available. But you need a developer contract to publish on the App Store.

all the documentation for development of applications for iOS, watchOS, iPadOS, macOS, visionOS is available without a paid developer account.

To develop accessories under the MFi program, you need an MFi program membership. https://mfi.apple.com

Is there anything specific you cannot find?
