I was using Beta1 of El Capitan and most of the things were fine but as soon as I updated to beta2 I found exchange account lost. And now I am unable to connect.
Anyone else haivng this issue? Please help.

Yup. Same here.
I installed Public Beta 1 on Friday night and have been unable to connect to my Exchange server since from Outlook 2011 for Mac. I have deleted the Identities and tried to rebuild them with no luck.
