El Capitan Beta Cannot Restart

I installed El Capitan on my MacBook Pro Retina. It worked fine for a few days then I got a message to restart. I restarted the machine and now it is stuck in a continuous loop.

When the MB pro restarts the fan starts, then I get three short beeps followed by three long beeps followed by three short beeps. The apple sign appears but after the progress bar fills the machine restarts and repeats the process.

I called the support desk and they said they had not seen that beep sequence and to use the Developer support.

Any help would be much appreciated.

As you may be aware, 3 long tones, 3 short tones, 3 long tones, Indicates EFI ROM corruption is detected and the computer is in EFI ROM recovery mode.

I recognise that yours is the other way around though. Have you tried forcing shutdown (holding power button) and restarting holding the d key? If not, this will initiate Apple Diagnostics (or Apple Hardware Test, depending on the model of your rMBP) and may yeild some answers.

Looking into it further, I'm afraid it's probably the motherboard. I've read two accounts where that (lesser known) configuration turned out, either by trial and error component replacement or by bringing it into the Apple store, to be the mobo.
