Unable to take real-time or on-demand measurement of skin temperature and ambient temperature on WatchOS

Could you please provide clarification on whether WatchOS currently supports the real-time or on-demand measurement of skin temperature and ambient temperature? If so, Could you also guide us on the relevant APIs or resources available for incorporating these features into out applications?

This is used to take sleeping wrist temperature. But I want to get the temperature of my body whenever I request it. Is there any option available to take body or ambient temperature in real-time?
