For 14 days, what were you expecting?

Note that table 3.1 has the follwoing information:

since 1 month translates to 5 minutes, I would expect 14 days to translate roughtly to 2 or 3 minutes.

I get this is not documented, but that relates to the duration of the subscription, not the free trial duration.

In the past I was able to have 1 month subscription period and 7 days of free trial, which is not documented as well, and in the sandbox environment the free trial period lasted for a very reasonable 3 minutes long period.

I think it is a little bit strange that 1 year = 1 hours, 14 days = 6 hours?

I would expect a time between 3 minutes (1 week) and 5 minutes (one month) - but, again, 14 days is not documented.

I think Table 3-1 applies to durations whether they be free trial or paid renewal.

It seems strange to me, 7 days free trial has always been an option for 1 month subscriptions, but the table does not contain that either.

I would expect to have a table to include all possible scenarios.

Tap "Feedback" on that page and ask that they clarify that 'duration' applies both to free trial periods and to subscription periods and that they add a 14 day option and make it 4 minutes.
