IOS 18 update experienced : Notification issue

Hi All,

After updating to iOS 18, I found some issues or bugs:

  1. When you swipe/scroll down the Notification Center, it gets stuck and cannot scroll further.

  2. Push notifications for some apps (iMessage, WhatsApp, TikTok) do not appear when the screen is locked. Already enable show preview setting when locked.

Have any of you experienced the same issues?
