How do I know which testers have installed a build?

Hi,

The new TestFlight interface seems like an improvement overall.

That said, I'm having trouble finding a place that shows which testers have installed a particular build, and/or which builds are installed by particular testers. I tried clicking on the build number, but I don't see the information there. Where should I look?

Thanks.

Along the same lines, there doesn't appear to be a way to ask for Tester info for previous versions. If you click on a particular version either using the TestFlight or the Activity option, you can navigate to a particular version, but there is no way to get the tester list with sessions and crashes for that version. THis makes it difficut to follow up with individual users regarding their crashes or to determine which testers have used the app a lot.

Under the TestFlight menu option, the left menu has an option for External testers, that produces the tester list and an installation (or invitation) date for each tester, but it doesn't indicate which version they installed. The list also shows then number of sessions and crashes, but only for the most recent version.

Yes this is really disappointing. Apple took a relativly good feature and completly made it worthless. I need to see which users are on what release/builds so I can tell if they have truely tested the latest release or not when reporting a problem or having a crash.

Apple please bring back this feature.😠

Agreed, that was a key feature for us. Now it makes it impossible to know.

Also frustrating that we have to go through each build and "expire it" since the change over...

We are having the same issue, hard to trouble shoot issues when not knowing what version number they are on?

bring it back, or a report please?
