Does anyone else use the "Download CSV" button on the Search Ads website's billing page?
I used to use this successfully to download files that I could import into my accounts database. But when I tried it today, the file it returned was an XLSX.
Has anyone else seen this? Any work-arounds?
I filed FB14215476, but it has been closed as "unable to diagnose with current information" - and no clue what additional information they think they need.
They have now fixed this.
In case anyone else ever finds bugs in the Search Ads website, don't bother filing bug reports in Feedback Assistant. Contact them using the "contact us" button at the bottom of each Search Ads web page.
