Yes, this is a known issue in the iOS 18 betas. (If you search the forums you'll see loads of people have already raised this.)
Have you raised a Feedback report? If not, please do so at https://www.apple.com/feedback/ then post the FB number here.
Same issue. how do I specify that I am on IOS 18 Beta for the feedback?
