As a developer, how to complain for plagiarism of its application

Hello,

I saw this morning an application coming out on the app store. This app is a driking game, like mine, but it largely copies my design and interface.

I will quote all the elements it copies here:

- Message of prevention at the opening of the application

- Menu with a title, an icon, a "PLAY" button, and four buttons to share, rate, contact and like the facebook page

- A page containing three game modes, each of which contains an icon, title and description

- A button to restore purchases at the bottom of the game modes page

- A page to add the names of the players

These reasons are enough to complain to Apple? And how can I do it?

this sound pretty lame and generic. you've probablyl described a great majority of UIs.

did they use exactly or something very close to your icons? texture? size? colors? blah blah blah

Not in the UI, but in the text. It's in french but you can see that is really close to mine :

My game :

"<My app> n'incite en aucun cas à la consommation d'alcool. En poursuivant, vous confirmez être réponsable des éventuelles conséquences que pourrait engendrer l'utilisation de notre application."

His game :

"<His app> n'incite en aucun cas à la consommation d'alcool. En poursuivant, vous confirmez être majeur et réponsable des éventuelles conséquences que pourrait engendrer une mauvaise utilisation de l'application."

You can see that this it's almost the same text.

Can I give you my app and his own or is it better to avoid ? Because the UI is really very close to mine, I need to know if it's enough to complain to Apple.

Or can you give me your personnal e-mail or somethink like that ?
