You should get an email from Apple detailing the purchase.

That is your invoice.

I need an invoice too for my office to cover my subscription, somthing showing paid with the CC number on it.

In the email you have received you should click on the order number on top of the email. Then you see a "print receipt" option which hows you a legal invoice. I just did that for a subscription in Germany

My order always is saying "Something went wrong. Please try again later". Why cant I just view my payment history, and download any payment's invoice I want from the "Account" section of my Developer Console??
