My game includes some stick characters and name contain "stickman" word. So is stickman copyrighted?

App review would have cited 5.2.1 if they felt the issue was one of copyright infringement. 4.1 refers to copying the general concept of another app to make your app uninteresting as an addition to current apps. Copyright (or in your case perhaps trademark) infringement is different.
