Hi,
I previously had a personal account and recently formed LLC and migrated to the company account. The support from apple developer says their work is done and we are now waiting for iTunes finance support to update the tax form.
The ticket was open on April 3rd and I never received a response until April 25th, I got an email saying "As there has been no activity on the incident for the past 12 days, it has been automatically closed." with attached reponse from Apple that I never received in an email (also checked junk mail). Did anyone had similar experience?
My follow up basically creates new ticket, but I have no heard anything for over 12 days already. I wonder if it is lost again. Is there other way to contact iTunes finance support?
To summerize:
-Opened ticket (1) to iTunes Finance support on April 3rd. On April 25th received that there are no activity so the incident is automatically closed. Never received the email from iTunes Finance for me to respond before receiving the email saying this incident is automatically closed
-Opened a separate ticket (2) to iTunes Finance support on April 21st. As of today (5/6/2017) there are no response
-Respond to ticket (1) to iTunes Finance support on May 2nd and got a new ticket #. As of today (5/6/2017) there are no response
Should I wait or?
