Yes, many people have the same problem on the forum, technical support has not answered the question about this issue for many days. Have you tried changing your App Store account? If you change your account, TestFlight will work for some reason.
I'd like to keep my current App Store account. There must be another solution ...

I am experiencing this issue on my iPad and iPhone running iOS 18.3.1. Apple Support, please fix this annoying issue asap. This really blocks our app's testing and release schedule.
