Can't find my app on the 'Create Campaign' page

My app has been live on the store for around 12 hours now and is discoverable on the App Store, yet I cannot create a campaign in Search Ads for it as it does not show up in the search results when trying to create a new campaign. What's going on here? Is there a problem or does it take more time for an app to be indexed by Search Ads? If so how long does it take?
