I have an app that's made with html, css, ajax with PHP as the backend. If I package and compile it at build.phonegap.com, will I be able to submit the app to AppStore if I do not have Xcode and Mac?
Please advise.

You can use the Appuploader tool to help you apply for iOS certificates and upload IPA on Windows, and do not need to use xcode or Mac computers.
