Im having issue with OneDrive that is affected our company iPads. User are able to drag and drop any folder or files over and now they cant. they are on the latest update for OneDrive and the IOS. Can someone look at this and also i reach to Microsoft and they said that nothing have change on there end.

Microsoft may say that nothing has changed on their end, but that just means they haven't really checked. They're telling you they haven't changed anything in the OneDrive app, but if something in iOS/iPadOS has changed and it has adversely affected OneDrive then it is up to Microsoft to adapt their app to work with the new version of iOS/iPadOS.
You should go back to Microsoft and raise a bug in their OneDrive app.
