I am trying to release a build for test flight and have sent mails top apple for assistance, this is the communication I have had with them so far. The information they are giving me is not helping.
I have uploaded a build that is marked as ready for release, but when I try and access the build for Test Flight I can see the build number but no file information is shown:
Here is the communication I have had with apple so far, all of what they have suggested I have done and nothing is working so far:
Hi
What do you mean by re-sign? Do I need to create a new IOS Certificate and an App ID and a Distribution provisioning profile?
I followed the same process with another app of mine and I can see the builds in TestFlight, so it’s not a browser issue as you can see from the screen shots:
But for this app I see the build 0.1.5 but no information underneath about the build as you can see from the below screen shot:
Kind regards,
Marc Rausch

Hello Marc,
Thank you for your reply.
Following your email, I understand that you uploaded a new version with no errors, but you still can’t see it when you want to add it to TestFlight. I can imagine that this is not a nice situation to be in. I will do my best to help you with this.
I wish to inform you that the department you've contacted - App Store Developer Support - offers administrative support on registration, account management and guidance for the Apple Developer Programs. We do our very best to help you.
I was able to review your membership and app details, and it shows the same behaviour as the last time. So we kindly ask you again to re-sign the build and follow the link my colleague Damien sent you already.
We also suggest to clear your caches and cookies in the browser you are using. Restart the browser after you have cleared them. If you still seem to be having issue, we recommend to try different a browser or even a different computer. Please note that all our websites and tools are designed to work best with a Mac and Safari browser.
If that still doesn’t solve the issue, we need more information. Kindly provide the following:
• Steps to reproduce the issue
• Full-window screenshots or video illustrating the issue
• Username of each user experiencing the issue
• Web browsers that you were able to reproduce the issue in
• Web browser version numbers
• Xcode version number
After we receive the requested information, we will investigate further and let you know when we have an update.

Hello Marc,
Thank you for fast reply.
As I mentioned in my last message, kindly note that we are administrative-level support. Which means that we handle enrollments or membership questions. We are not developers ourselves.
However, I spoke to my Senior advisor, and together we found the following link in regard to how to proceed to export an app for testing.
