Apple Developer Enrollment Taking Too Long – Anyone Else Facing Delays?

I applied for the Apple Developer Program on 16 Feb, but my enrollment is still pending with no updates. This delay is really affecting my project timeline since I need to start marketing my app soon, and I can’t move forward without my account being approved.

I’ve already reached out to Apple Developer Support, but I haven’t gotten any clear response on when it will be completed. tried even calling the support line but they couldn't help with developer accounts. Has anyone else experienced similar delays? If so, how long did it take for your account to get approved?

Would appreciate any advice or insights! Thanks in advance.

Hi MordechaiTz, we've looked in to the information provided in your post. It appears that there was an issue processing the payment for your Apple Developer Program membership. It does look like our billing team is reattempting the charge currently. Would you be able to confirm with your financial institution whether there are any issues with recent charge attempts? If the payment doesn't process within the next business day please contact Developer Support and ask that this issue be reviewed.

I've applied once again with another payment method, also informed my bank about the charge so it will go smoothly, can my newest application be reviewed? :)
