As of March 2025, is there a way to upload to App Store Connect with Xcode15?
My Mac mini is for version 15.
Please let me know if there is any good way.

Consider Hardware Limitations: Since your Mac mini is currently on version 15, make sure it meets the system requirements for any new version of Xcode you plan to test or install.
