Greetings, everyone! I’m asking all of you to help me.

My issue is that I accidentally deleted all my notes from iCloud, and they were then removed from my iPhone and other devices as well. I have been using Apple products for many years, and my notes have been transferred from one device to another over time. They contain very important information for me, and I would really appreciate any guidance on whether it is possible to recover them.

I have already tried using the online support at http://www.apple.com/support, but I couldn’t find a live chat option - only general instructions on different situations.

I also noticed that there are no Apple Support phone numbers available for Kazakhstan. Given this, I would appreciate any alternative way to get assistance.

These are the Developer Forums, where developers of apps for Apple's platforms ask each other for hints and tips on coding.

Your question is more of a product support one, so while I'd normally suggest you ask it over at the Apple Support Forums, it's easy enough to just answer it here (but, please, ask product support questions in the right place, not here).

Recently deleted notes are in the "Recently Deleted" section in the Notes app. Just tap that, and you should be able to un-delete them.

They should be there for at least 30 days:

Thank you for your response. I understand what you mean, but unfortunately, this is not possible. I do not have a “Recently Deleted” section in my notes because I deleted them directly from iCloud. I was trying to disable synchronization with my iPhone and accidentally pressed “Delete All Notes.” As a result, all my notes were automatically deleted from all my other devices.

I apologize, but I couldn’t find any other place to reach out for help. There are no support phone numbers available for Kazakhstan, and I couldn’t find a section on the support website to directly submit my issue—only general recommendations and instructions.

To avoid bothering you further, could you please advise me on how exactly I can submit a request to the support team?

I would appreciate any guidance you can provide.

I can only suggest you check out the support options on this page: https://support.apple.com/en-kz

Or post on the Support Forums via the link I provided previously.

This page explains how to recover notes via iCloud.com: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/icloud/mm2f42f05cb9/icloud but it does mention that if you cannot see a "Recently Deleted" folder, then there were no notes in the folder, and you must've permanently deleted them.

If that's the case, then you will have to reach out to support via those forums, and ask that they try to recover your notes before they permanently delete them. I can't really help you any more than that.
