How long will the app rejection appeal take?

Hello team

I submitted an app. It's a dating app. There are definitely some innovations and uniqueness in it, like it's inclusive to all genders, it's based on short video instead of a profile with 1 or 2 pictures. The user experience is definitely better than those 'swipe to like or pass' apps. But due to the 'guideline 4.3 Spam', it's rejected twice.

I submitted an appeal, but it's been like 10 days, I haven't heard anything about the appeal. How long will the appeal take?

I didn't receive any confirmation email about the appeal from Apple. Should I wait for more time? Thanks in advance for anyone who could share any insights.

@qiuping345 I am just curious, have you received answer about your appeal? If yes, how many total days it tool? We also submitted appeal, haven't received any confirmation/tracking id and thinking can it be lost...
